We have specialist practitioners in Adoption and Childcare Law led by David Hinchliffe who has been a member of the Children’s Panel since its inception. David has extensive experience of working for parents, children and children’s guardians.
A sensitive and compassionate approach is required in cases involving children and our priority at all times is the welfare of the child in each case.
